This problem-solving course is aimed at anyone interested in analysing and finding practical solutions to everyday problems, workplace issues and even personal conflicts with others. It is also aimed at social mediators and students studying Education, Educational Psychology, Psychology or Social Work.

Throughout our lives, we will have to face numerous challenges, both in our personal and professional lives, and this is where our mediation and communication will determine whether we succeed or not. With this line-up of Troubleshooting you'll see some of the techniques most commonly used for solving everyday problems and even conflicts with violence. To this end, we will examine the mediation process and the role of the mediator. The mediator works to reconcile the competing interests of the parties, helping the participants in the conflict, clearing up misunderstandings, identifying the interests or needs of the various parties, and negotiating a mutually satisfactory solution.

With this formation of Troubleshooting you’ll have the chance to learn some of the most commonly used techniques for resolution from problems at a corporate level as well as conflicts more serious situations where two or more people find themselves at odds over a conflict of interest. Mediating between the two parties, exploring alternatives and proposing solutions that benefit both sides will be key to achieving personal and professional success.
