Introduction

This course on Mindfulness offers you a specialised training in this field. The word “mindfulness” has been translated into Spanish as mindfulness. Mindfulness refers to the fact that to pay attention mindfully, being aware at all times of every thought, feeling and the environment around us, accepting everything just as it is, without evaluating or judging what we feel, observe and think. This conscious and mindful approach enables the individual to focus on the present moment, accepting it without wasting energy trying to change the situation, thereby managing to greater control over the mind.
