Introduction

Training in Leadership Skills and Team Management focuses on the development of skills key for leaders and managers. The main aim is to train participants in the art of lead teams effectively, by promoting the communication, decision-making strategic and problem-solving.

Throughout the programme, the importance of building is emphasised close-knit teams and highly productive. Participants will learn techniques for time management and setting priorities for increase his efficiency in team leadership and management. Furthermore, empathy is encouraged and skills are taught to manage conflicts effectively, which contributes to a leadership successful and to maintaining harmony within the team.

Objectives

  1. To get to know techniques directives, which promote effective leadership and the fulfilment of senior management duties and responsibilities within organisations and working groups.

  2. To acquire the knowledge and skills that will enable to drive the risk and make decisions in changing environments.

  3. Motivating and leading teams, to plan strategically, manage teamwork.

  4. Implement skills directives, through effective leadership, to carry out tasks and fulfil responsibilities within organisations and working groups.

  5. To develop a comprehensive understanding of the functions y responsibilities which is involved in exercising leadership within an organisational context.

  6. Identify the knowledge required to carry out a negotiation or to mediate in conflicts that arise in the workplace.
